It was created for today's busy couples with families and careers who would like to accomplish the equivalent of many weeks of class, group and counseling in just one weekend.

AGENDA & FORMAT

FORMAT:
Our approach consists of a combination of instruction, writing exercises, small group processing, and group activities. The format uses both didactic (teaching) and experiential (psychodrama, roleplaying, etc.). There will be various assignments given, both for individual and/or couples to complete, and some assignments will utilize the small group process. (Individual couples counseling will not be part of the workshop.)
This workshop is intense and is designed to maximize a couple's time and investment. This is not a retreat.
